01. How long does the ride take to the airport?

02. What time do we have to leave from the pickup point/address?

It deepends on the traffic. Mostly we prefer to go earlier to be on airport 2h before the departure.

03. Do I have to pay more for a car park entry?

No. It is in the price you pay for a transport.

04. Will I pay more if my plane is late?

No. We always ask our Clients about the flight number, so we can check the delay.

05. Where is a drop off point?

We pick you up directly in to the airport`s drop off parking "drop and go".

06. Where is my pick up point on Airport?

Your pick up point is on the airport`s "meet and great" parking.

07. If I need, can you help me to get from the airport`s arrivals to the car?

Yes, we can do it.

08. How can I contact you or claim?

09. Have you got a baby chair or can I get my own?

Yes, it is possible to get baby/child seat on your request from Us or You can bring your own chair for baby. Also it is possible to fit ISOFIX baby chair.

10. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash that you can pay after your transport on airport, or you can make us a money transfer into our bank account and the details about our bank transfer you can find on Contact Us.
