How does it work?

01. Make a reservation by ONLINE BOOKING here. or Call Now 0730 7060 118.
You may choose a SALOON CAR or MINIBUS depending on what you need, how many people, and the amount of luggage you need to take with.

02. After the booking is completed you will get an email or text to confirm your travel with all details about your transport.

03. The day before departure, you are required to confirm your journey by reply your flight number to the text you got as a confirmation.

04. Airports / The DEPARTURE:
The driver will pick you up from the address you arranged and transport to the Airport you need / the closest point of drop of or if you need a help about the careing the luggage, the driver will park a car on the short stay car park to help you with the luggage and it needs to be informed when you confirm the details of your reservation.

05. Airports / The ARRIVALS:
The driver will be waiting for you at the Arrivals Hall with information about your name, so you will not miss him and easly find your driver.
- The driver helps you cary the bag if you need and escort you directly to the car.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- All prices include the VAT.
- Prices are charged from the center of the Banbury.
- How to pay? You may pay by: cash, by card in car, money bank transfer. After the payment is done you will get a bill on your email address .
- *24h cancellation free. *You have got a right to cancell you reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
- No charge in case of a flight delays. Do not worry we track a flight online.
- There will be no extra charge for any of your/airport`s delay resones *up to 40minutes of the delay. *Premium plan only.
F.e.: awaiting for a bag, mised laugage/bag, other compications. Your driver will be in time waiting for you in the Arrivals, so there is nothing you should worry about.

- *You will only pay extra if the delay is longer than 40 minutes after arrival: You will have to pay £35 for every each started hour when the driver has to wait + car parking.
